JOHN-JOE O'TOOLE will be available to play for Watford at Charlton Athletic on Saturday after the Hornets successfully appealed to the Football Association against the red card he received on Tuesday night.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 midfielder was dismissed by referee Andy Penn towards the end of the first-half of the 1-0 win over Leicester City for supposedly denying Stephen Clemence a clear goal scoring opportunity.
Aidy Boothroyd wasted little time in revealing his intention to appeal the decision which caused widespread disbelief among the Vicarage Road faithful, as Leigh Bromby was in a covering position when O'Toole tugged back Clemence.
